The School

Ranked as the world's leading school for animation, GOBELINS Paris offers a complete curriculum from Bachelor to Master of Arts, an English-language program and a French-language program with a double degree, as well as a one-year preparatory program. Workshops for young and old, and internships for professionals complete our offerings.

GOBELINS Paris also offers programmes in all image-related fields, from design to production in all its forms (still, animated, interactive, 3D), and from 4.0 printing to Virtual Reality.

Benjamin RENNER

Benjamin Renner’s film Ernest and Celestine was nominated for both an Oscar and an Annie Award for Best Animated Feature.  Ernest and Celestine also won a César award for Best Animated Feature.  He was also nominated for an Annie Award and won the César for his next film, The Big Bad Fox.



Eléa's feature film "Les Hirondelles de Kaboul" was nominated in Un Certain Regard at the Cannes Film Festival and won the Gan Foundation Award the the Annecy Film Festival.  Les Hirondelles was also nominated for the Cristal Award at Annecy.



Nominated for an Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film for his film Despicable Me.  He also received Annie Award and BAFTA Award nominations for Best Animated Feature for Despicable Me.  In addition he received an Annie Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Voice Acting for his portrayal of all the minion characters.  He was nominated again for Annie Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Voice Acting for his portrayals of the minions in Despicable Me 2 and Minions. 



Pierre directed the new Dreamworks animated feature film, The Bad Guys.  Previously he won an Annie Award for best character animation for Kung Fu Panda:  Secrets of the Furious Five.

Riad Satouf


GOBELINS graduate Riad Satouf's feature film Les Beaux Gosses was nominated for two awards at the Cannes Film Festival and won the César for best first film. His renown graphic novel The Arab of the Future won the prize for best graphic novel at the Angoulême International Comics Festival.
